NEPA brings light 2am... but voltage is doing shakara
Bulb bright like firefly for 3 seconds
Fan start “gurrrr gurrrr” like old generator
Then POOF. Back to darkness
You plug phone to charge = 1%
You off socket to rest = light stays 5mins just to mock you
It’s like NEPA is testing if we still believe 😭
Saferide can’t control NEPA, but we can control bus wahala
At least when light fluctuates, your transport shouldn’t
Campus movement should be steady, not NEPA-style on/off
